What is Drive Moveline?
Drive Moveline is a full-body workout performed on the multireformer. Controlled resistance from springs and straps lets you build strength, endurance and mobility across different positions and planes of movement.
A coach leads the whole session, sets the resistance and watches your technique. You never have to plan the workout or choose the next exercise yourself.
Drive Moveline can be your main form of training or a complement to pilates, the gym and other activities.
Drive Moveline combines work on the multireformer with Karol Abramek's signature method and a coach who explains each exercise, watches your technique and sets the difficulty level. That gives every session a clear structure, while resistance and range of motion can be adapted to your ability.
Multireformer Moveline – one machine, many directions of movement
The Moveline multireformer, made by the Polish brand Innwell (from Dąbrowa near Poznań), is equipped with a system of springs, platforms, straps and handles. This construction, together with specially designed exercises, makes training safe for the joints while engaging every muscle group and improving mobility, stability and movement control.
A signature method – Drive Moveline
Karol Abramek's signature system – Drive Moveline – defines how to use the Moveline multireformer's potential to run an effective workout. It is a considered set of full-body exercises grounded in knowledge of anatomy, correct movement patterns and safe strength building.
Training led by licensed coaches
Sessions are led by coaches who watch over correct exercise technique, correct movement in real time and track participants' progress. As skills develop, they introduce exercises of increasing difficulty.
Results – a planned process
A considered way of working in which every session has a purpose and is part of an organised development path. This is how you gain strength, fitness and results you can feel in everyday life.
Who is Drive Moveline for?
Drive Moveline is designed for people who want to build full-body strength in a guided, structured way. It can be your main workout or a complement to the gym, pilates or a sport you already practise. It can also suit people who don't feel at home in a classic gym but want to start strength training. That's why, before joining a regular group, we start with the RESET Starter Program.
For people who want to build strength without planning it themselves
This is for you if you don't want to choose exercises, machines, sets or loads yourself. The coach leads the whole session, so you can focus on how you move.
For gym-goers looking for a complement
Drive Moveline can add work in different positions and planes to classic strength training, along with greater movement control and full-body tasks on a single machine.
For people who never considered the gym but want to build strength
You don't need to feel comfortable surrounded by machines and free weights. Drive Moveline offers strength training in a small group, following a ready-made structure and constant coach supervision.
For active people and athletes
The workout can complement running, tennis, cycling and other disciplines. It helps build strength in different directions, core stability and the control needed for more dynamic activities.
For pilates practitioners who need a stronger strength stimulus
If you already know precise body work well but want to more clearly build muscular strength and endurance, Drive Moveline can be the next step or a complement to your pilates training.
For people returning to regular movement
After a longer break, resistance and difficulty can be increased gradually. The RESET Starter Program lets you check your current ability and decide whether Drive Moveline is the right direction at this stage.
„For the first time my muscles were shaking. Everything works there."
Why strength training
Strength that supports you every day and for years to come
Strength training isn't just about lifting heavy weights. Muscular strength and endurance help you handle everyday tasks more easily and support balance, bone health and independence as you age.
In Drive Moveline, load comes from working with springs, body positioning, range of motion and tempo. This lets you gradually increase demands while keeping control over technique.
What does regular Drive Moveline training give you?
More muscular strength and endurance
You gradually increase your body's ability to handle daily tasks and to work longer without tiring quickly.
Better quality of movement
You learn to generate force from the right muscles and stay in control while changing position, tempo and resistance.
A fitter body for everyday life
Lifting, climbing stairs, holding one position longer or active leisure can all become easier once your body has more strength and stability.
Better preparation for sport
Training can complement other disciplines, helping you build stability, core control and strength in different directions.
Gradual progress without randomly adding load
Resistance, range and tempo increase with your ability. It's not about lifting as much as possible, but about quality of work and steady progress.
See what people already training with us say about Drive Moveline
It's harder than it looks. It works your whole body.
For the first time my muscles were shaking. Everything works there.
From the side these exercises look unassuming, but in person it's a completely different story. The machine lets you isolate specific muscles, which strengthens the whole body, builds deep muscles and teaches balance. The workouts are still tough, but every week I have more awareness of my movement.
Results in a short session. Versatility in one machine.
My heart rate was like I'd been running. It's hard to find more efficiency in such a short form.
This one machine replaces many different methods for improving your fitness. Combining intensity with precision means the workout delivers maximum results in a short time. For people with little time for regular exercise, it's the ideal solution for feeling solid results quickly.
For every level. Adjusted to you.
You don't need to be especially prepared to use it. The proportions and loads can be perfectly adjusted.
It's completely unisex and there's really no age limit, so the equipment suits every fitness level. The machine works for very intense training for competitive athletes as well as for safe rehabilitation after an injury. You can come with almost any condition, because the training always supports your body.
Drive Moveline, pilates and the gym – what's the difference?
Each of these forms of training can be effective. They differ in their main goal, how the workout is organised and the coach's role. The right choice depends on what you need right now and which way of working suits you best.

What does a Drive Moveline session look like?
01
A warm-up that prepares the whole body
Every session starts with a warm-up that prepares the legs, hips, torso, shoulders and arms for the effort ahead. The coach explains the goal of the session, recalls the key technical rules and sets the starting resistance to the participants' ability.
02
A full-body workout on the multireformer
In the main part you perform a dozen or so planned exercises engaging the legs, glutes, back, core, shoulders and arms. You change positions, directions of movement and the way you use the springs and straps. The coach monitors technique and adjusts resistance, range or tempo as you go.
03
Stretching, cool-down and feedback
The closing part lets you gradually lower the intensity, work on range of motion and stretching, and calm your breathing. The coach sums up the key pointers and highlights what's worth returning to in the next sessions.
Karol Abramek – creator of the Drive Moveline method
Strength training is a guardian of your body that will carry you safely through life. We start losing muscle mass as early as our thirties - an inevitable process that strength training in particular can slow down. Strength training is mostly associated with heavy weights, less often with technique. We combined the two to create Drive Moveline for you.
In practice, strength training builds muscular strength and endurance, which supports the body in everyday tasks, strengthens bones, improves fitness and helps you stay capable as you age.
At Studio 35, sessions are led by coaches trained to work to the shared Drive Moveline standard. Karol is responsible for developing the method, training the team and the quality of how it's delivered.
