Studio 35 is affiliated with karolabramek.pl (Karol Abramek's personal brand). The data controller for both websites is the same person.
2. What data we collect and why
Email and phone contact
If you write to us at the address given on the site or call us, we process the data you provide yourself (name, email address, phone number, message content) - solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). We keep it for up to 12 months from the last contact.
Book35 booking system
Bookings are made through the external system book35.pl. Studio 35 is the controller of data entered into Book35 (name, email, phone, booking history).
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 (aggregate, non-identifying traffic data) - loaded only after you give consent in the cookie banner. Without your consent, the tool doesn't run and doesn't set any cookies. We don't run remarketing or profiling-based advertising.
3. Data recipients
Your data may be shared with:
- Book35 (booking system, Poland) - data processing agreement
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, USA) - EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Only after consent in the cookie banner.
- Hosting provider - SCCs / EU region
Your data is not sold to third parties.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it ("the right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

5. Transfers of data outside the EEA
Google LLC, the provider of Google Analytics, is based in the USA. Transfers take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
6. Cookies
We use two categories of cookies:
- Necessary - site functionality, remembering your cookie consent (no consent required)
- Analytics - Google Analytics, traffic analysis (consent required)
On your first visit we show a cookie banner. You can change your consent at any time in the cookie settings in the site footer.

We use encryption (HTTPS/SSL), restricted data access, and regular security reviews.
