Studio 35 Poznań (Winogrady) – Standard. Learning. Relationships.

Before choosing a class, choose your place. Studio 35 was built for people who want to train mindfully, build fitness and feel good around the people they train with.

A place built around a way of working, not random classes

Studio 35 has been running in Poznań for over 10 years. From the start we've built it around the belief that good training doesn't start with a class name or equipment. It starts with a standard of work and understanding the person who walks into the room.

That's why pilates, Drive Moveline strength training and personal training aren't three unrelated offers. They're different forms of work within one system, built on precision, strength and body awareness.

Here, people actually care about me. I don't train with someone who doesn't care what's going on with me.
    Czarek

How Studio 35 came to be

Studio 35 was founded by Karol Abramek, whose professional life has revolved around movement for over 35 years. He started as a dancer and instructor, then went on to lead fitness, stretching, healthy-spine and step classes, among other forms of training. He's a dance teacher, pilates teacher, personal trainer, choreographer and educator.

His career includes founding the Dance Theatre "Brama", leading folk dance groups, and representing the Polish School of BODYART. He discovered pilates back in the 1990s, when it was still a little-known method in Poland. He developed his knowledge under Weronika Ratkowska, among others, and at Romana Krzyżanowska's pilates school. Today he also shares his experience at the Innwell Pilates Academy.

Studio 35 came about as a natural continuation of that path - a place where movement meets learning, culture and relationships. We've been growing it in Poznań's Winogrady for over 10 years, building a space free of pressure and comparison, with close attention to training quality and each person's needs.

Karol still oversees the development of Studio 35's work standard, prepares the team, and shapes how we combine pilates, Drive Moveline and personal training. What matters most to him remains the person - their goal, history and ability.

    The Studio 35 manifesto

    01

    Standard. Technique isn't an accident.

Every session has a defined purpose and structure. The coach watches the quality of movement, the order of exercises and the body's reaction. It's not about perfection. It's about mindful work that builds lasting habits over time.

    02

    Learning. Knowledge stays with you.

We don't just give instructions. We explain how the body works, why you're doing an exercise and what you can improve - so you increasingly understand your own movement.

    03

Relationships. People matter most to us.

Studio 35 is made up of people with different personalities, experiences and goals, united by respect, openness and a shared drive to grow. You can work at your own pace and just be yourself.

The principles we live by every day

At Studio 35 nobody is here by accident. Every coach brings their own experience and personality to the team, but all work to a shared standard - so whichever coach you choose, you can count on commitment, knowledge and attentiveness.

We're always learning from each other and don't pretend to know everything. We expect the same from the people who come to us: curiosity, openness and a willingness to work. It's not about the coach being right. It's about understanding your body and finding what actually works for you.

We like a bit of distance, sharp banter and the ability to laugh at ourselves. Relationships aren't an add-on to training for us - they're one of the reasons people feel at ease here and keep coming back.

Studio 35 through our clients' eyes

We don't want to create fake praise. It's best if the people who train with us say, in their own words, what Studio 35 is really like.

Not just for health. Not just for exercise. I come for the atmosphere. For everything. The whole package.

You can build everything out of gold, and the atmosphere will still be made by people.

This place is like a harbour in Poznań.

Best if not too many more people start coming, or they'll take our time slots :)
