The RESET Starter Program – find your starting point
Before choosing regular classes, get to know how Studio 35 works and which training best matches your goal.
- you'll learn what's worth improving in how you train
- you'll feel how your body should work
- you'll discover changes that help you get better training results

First 3 sessions. Then regular training.
At Studio 35 you don't sign up for random classes. We start our work together with the RESET Starter Program, where you get to know the available forms of training and your starting point.
The program includes:
- 2 pilates sessions
- 1 Drive Moveline session
- about 4 hours on the floor
- a small group of up to 6
- observation and ongoing coaching guidance at every session
- a wrap-up consultation for the whole program

What do the 3 sessions look like?
Session 1
You discover your starting point
We talk about your goal, your activity so far and your current ability. During the first pilates session we observe basic movement patterns, control, breath and how your body handles simple tasks.
Session 2
You learn precise movement
In the second pilates session you deepen your work on technique and control. The coach watches your movement in real time and suggests how to use breath and stability.
Session 3
You discover Drive Moveline and your direction
The third session takes place on the Drive Moveline multireformer. As part of the program you discuss the conclusions from the three sessions with your coach and choose your training direction together.

After the Starter Program, you know what's next
You don't finish the program with just the experience of three sessions. You get information that helps you make an informed decision about continuing.
After finishing RESET:
- you understand your current way of moving better
- you know what to pay attention to during exercises
- you know which technique elements are worth developing
- you see how your body responds to pilates and Drive Moveline
- you get a suggested class format and frequency
- you can choose pilates, Drive Moveline, personal training, or a combination
- you decide for yourself whether to continue
You don't sign a contract or commit to buying another package. You first get to know how Studio 35 works, and only then make your decision.
The Starter Program vs a single trial class - what's the difference?
A single trial class lets you try one form of training in one session. The RESET Starter Program gives you more time to observe, try two forms of training and decide based on the whole process.
| Single trial class | RESET Starter Program |
|---|---|
| One session | Three sessions |
| You try one form of class | You try pilates and Drive Moveline |
| Brief observation | The coach observes you throughout the process |
| You choose further classes yourself | You get a suggested direction after the program |
| Decision based on one session | Decision after trying different forms of work |
Who is the Starter Program for?
For people starting physical activity
You don't need to know the equipment or have training experience. The program lets you ease into a new form of movement and build confidence before joining a regular group.
For people returning to activity
After a longer break, your body may respond differently than before. During the Starter Program you'll check your current ability and start at the right level.
For people who train but don't see the results they expect
Sometimes the problem isn't a lack of consistency but technique, load selection, or the wrong direction. The program helps identify what's worth changing.
For people looking for guided strength training
Drive Moveline lets you experience full-body training on one machine, under constant coach supervision, with no need to plan it yourself.
First you learn. Then you decide.
We respect our clients' time and money. Starting the Starter Program doesn't mean signing a contract or committing to further membership. After three sessions you know more about how Studio 35 works, your starting point and the options available.
If you decide to continue, a coach will help choose classes and frequency. If you decide it's not the right time or form for you, you finish the program with no further commitment.
What do people say after the Starter Program?
A great combination of 3 sessions - a single trial class, which is often what's offered, is definitely not enough. It's great that the starter package lets you try different forms of movement like pilates and Drive Moveline. I do cardio regularly but had badly neglected stretching, and I felt that here.
We'd seen videos online of reformer pilates classes and wanted to see if it was for us. In person, the training looked and felt completely different from what we expected. We're glad we could try it with no commitment.
I'd been to other training before, but here I immediately felt a completely different quality. Whenever I did something, I got feedback on what to improve and how to perform the exercises correctly. I realised I couldn't do everything right straight away, and it was exactly those corrections from the coach that gave me the most value.

Why do we start with RESET?
Over years of work I've noticed that progress depends not only on the number of sessions, but also on paying attention to your body's needs and reactions. The Starter Program gives you space to pause, check your starting point and choose a direction, instead of joining random classes right away.
That's why three things matter most to me.
Standard. What you do should work every single time.
Teaching. You should understand your body, not depend on a coach.
Relationship. Someone genuinely sees your process, not just your attendance.
The Starter Program brings these three elements together. It helps you get to know your body better, understand what's worth working on, and start training in a way that fits your needs.
„You should understand your body, not depend on a coach."
