Personal training in Poznań (Winogrady) – your individual path to your goal

Personal training lets you match your exercise program to your goal, movement history and current ability. You don't follow a ready-made plan built for a whole group. A coach plans the next stages and adjusts them as you progress.

1:1 personal training at Studio 35 Poznań

One coach, one plan, one goal

In individual sessions we can combine pilates, Drive Moveline, strength and functional exercises and other forms of work available at Studio 35. The choice of exercises, resistance, range and tempo depends on what you need at that moment - not on completing a preset set.

The biggest advantage of 1:1 training is one coach's constant attention. They watch how you move, explain exercises, correct your position and react when the plan needs to change. Personal training isn't automatically better than group classes, but it offers more room for individualisation and precise work toward a specific goal.

Personal training is led by the whole Studio 35 team

1:1 sessions are led by every Studio 35 coach. Each one works to a shared standard while bringing their own experience and specialisation. We match a coach to your goal - and if your goal changes, you can change coach too.

When is 1:1 personal training worth choosing?

Individual training works especially well when you need a plan built around one person, more flexibility, or a closer look at your technique.

    When you're starting regular activity

If you have no experience or are returning to movement after a long break, personal training helps you calmly learn the basics.

When returning after an injury or finished treatment

The coach takes into account your doctor's or physiotherapist's recommendations and adapts the approach to your situation.

When you have a specific sport or fitness goal

A plan can be built around building strength, improving conditioning, mobility, stability, or better preparation for running, cycling or tennis.

When you want to improve your technique

A few individual sessions let you spend more time on specific exercises and details that only get a brief note during group classes.

When you train regularly but need a new direction

Personal training lets you look at the whole process and identify what needs correcting.

1:1 personal training and group training – what's the difference?

Both forms can be valuable and often complement each other well. The difference mainly concerns how training is planned, how much coach attention you get, and how much exercises can be modified during the session.

What can individual training at Studio 35 cover?

The scope of training follows your goal and doesn't have to be limited to one method. The coach chooses a way of working so the pieces form one coherent plan.

    1:1 pilates

Individual pilates gives you more time to learn body positioning, control, breath and precision. It can be a good starting point if you have no experience.

    1:1 Drive Moveline

Training on the multireformer can focus on building full-body strength, conditioning and endurance. The coach sets resistance, range and tempo.

    Strength and functional exercises

Depending on your goal, training can include exercises that develop strength, balance, coordination, mobility and everyday fitness.

What does personal training at Studio 35 look like?

    01

    Conversation and setting a direction

We start with a conversation about your goal, current activity, ability and any limitations.

    02

    Individual work during the session

The coach explains exercises, watches your movement and adjusts load, range, tempo and difficulty on the fly.

    03

Feedback and the plan going forward

After training you know what you're working on and what's next. The plan is adjusted as you progress.

    Is personal training for you?

One form of training isn't always the best solution. That's why we start our work together with the RESET Starter Program - three sessions where you get to know pilates, Drive Moveline, how our coaches work and your starting point. After the program, you and your coach decide together whether personal training, group classes, or a combination is the best direction.

    • you get to know pilates and Drive Moveline before choosing a form of training
    • you check your starting point and how our coaches work
    • after the program you choose your direction together with a coach

Current prices for personal training and available packages are on the Pricing page. 1:1 session times are arranged individually with your chosen coach.
