    Terms of Service

    § 1. General provisions

    These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the services of Studio 35 Karol Abramek, based at ul. Czarna Rola 35, 61-625 Poznań, Poland. The studio offers Reformer pilates, Drive Moveline training, personal training, and the RESET Starter Programme.

    § 2. The RESET Starter Programme

    1. Every new client starts working with the Studio through the RESET Starter Programme - 3 sessions comprising 2 pilates sessions and 1 Drive Moveline session, roughly 4 hours of work on the floor in total.
    2. The RESET Starter Programme isn't a single trial class. Its purpose is to get to know the client's body, observe movement patterns throughout the process, and select the right form of training.
    3. Sessions take place in a small group of up to 6 people and end with a summary consultation covering the whole programme.
    4. The price of the RESET Starter Programme is 197 PLN for 3 sessions.
    5. The cost of the RESET Starter Programme is deducted from the first class pass if the client decides to continue.
    6. RESET Starter Programme sessions take place at set times in the booking system.

    § 3. Group classes

    1. Group classes take place in small groups of up to 6 people.
    2. Classes last 55 minutes.
    3. Clients are required to bring their own socks. Equipment is provided by the Studio.
    4. Clients should arrive 5-10 minutes before class.
    5. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in being refused entry (the session is counted as used).

    § 4. Class passes

    1. Available passes: single entry, a 4-entry pass (valid 5 weeks), and an 8-entry pass (valid 10 weeks).
    2. Passes are personal - transfer to another person requires prior agreement with the Studio.
    3. The 8-entry pass can be frozen once for up to 2 weeks.
    4. Unused entries are not refunded once the pass expires.

    § 5. Booking and cancellation

    1. Bookings are made through the book35.pl system (available 24/7).
    2. Bookings can be made up to 2 hours before class.
    3. Cancellation: at least 12 hours before class.
    4. No cancellation or a no-show = the entry is counted as used.
    5. The Studio may cancel a class for reasons beyond its control - the entry will not be charged.

    § 6. Personal training

    1. Personal training sessions require a prior appointment.
    2. The first consultation (30 min) is free.
    3. Available packages: a single session, a 5-session package, and a 10-session package.
    4. Cancelling a session: at least 24 hours in advance. A later cancellation means the session is charged.

    § 7. Health and safety

    1. The client declares they have no health contraindications. When in doubt, consult a doctor.
    2. The client informs the instructor of any conditions, injuries, or pregnancy.
    3. The Studio is not liable for a deterioration in health resulting from withheld information.
    4. If you feel unwell, inform the instructor immediately.

    § 8. Personal data

    Detailed information on data processing: Privacy Policy. Data may be processed in the GoHighLevel CRM system for communication and marketing purposes.

    § 9. Complaints

    Complaints: [email protected] or in person. Resolved within 14 days.

    § 10. Final provisions

    The Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms with 14 days' notice. Polish law applies to matters not covered here.
