Coach, educator, method creator.
Karol Abramek has worked with the body for 35 years. He started with dance and competitive sport, moved through body&mind fitness, and arrived at reformer pilates. In 2014 he founded Studio 35 in Poznań's Winogrady district - a place where the quality of classes matters more than the number of clients.
He is the creator of the signature Drive Moveline method - a system combining pilates precision with functional training strength. Practised in Poland exclusively at Studio 35, on equipment from the Polish manufacturer Innwell (from Dąbrowa, near Poznań).
Karol is one of the Studio 35 coaches - the RESET Starter Program and regular classes are led by the whole team. Karol focuses on the method, coach training and Drive Moveline.
